Privacy Notice

When you create or use a LINXVO account, we may handle account details such as your name, email address, username and authentication information, together with the profile information you choose to publish.

Profile information can include contact details, social links, website links, services, images and other content you add. Because LINXVO profiles are designed to be shared publicly, you should only publish information that you are comfortable making available through your profile.

When you purchase a paid plan, payment and billing information is handled through Paddle. We receive the subscription information needed to provide your plan, such as subscription identifiers, plan, billing interval, status and relevant billing dates. We do not need to store your full card number in LINXVO.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide and personalize LINXVO features, publish profiles at the URLs selected by users, manage subscriptions and access, communicate about the service, prevent abuse and maintain security.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified usage information to understand service performance and improve LINXVO. We do not sell your personal information as a product.

LINXVO relies on infrastructure and service providers to operate the product. This includes Supabase for authentication/database infrastructure and Paddle for checkout, subscription billing, tax handling and payment-related support. These providers may process information necessary to perform their services.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for supported transactions and has its own buyer terms and privacy notice. Their processing of transaction information is also governed by their own policies and applicable law.

Information placed on a LINXVO public profile may be accessible to anyone who receives or discovers the profile link, NFC card or QR code. Your profile may also contain links to third-party websites and services. LINXVO is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

LINXVO may use essential cookies or similar storage technologies required for authentication, security, session management and basic site functionality. These technologies are necessary for the service to work.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies, we will provide the disclosures and consent controls required by applicable law before using them where consent is required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account and service information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and maintain security. Retention periods can vary by data type and purpose.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to request a copy of certain data. You may also be able to close your account or remove profile information through the product.

Because LINXVO and its service providers may operate across multiple countries, information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Notice as the service, technology or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
